Looking Back ...
Most people tend to spend too much time worrying and thinking about how to create good future while not having enough time to look back on memorable events spent with family and friends.
Freeze awhile focusing on what you wish to have or gain instead continue to celebrate what you have already had and enjoy the moment you have with family members and friends.
Even if you are all alone, think back and write some notes of what you've had and achieved.
It is important to set aside regular time sitting down and recall the greatest things ever happen and laugh a loud or simply smile. Have a thought of those people you misses and write about the memory you've had. Think of all funny gestures you've made or the person you think was making funny things around. Remember all surprises you've had.
It is healthy for married couple to talk about the first place they met, the first house they purchased and the fun you both had decorating together. Pick a picture from the album and talk about that happy moment and all the candid actions. Hang family photos around the house.
Having children will make a complete family. Play with your children. Get everyone involve and enjoy the childs play. Play simple game, play with the toys you've bought for your childs. Be childish, giggles and laugh along.
Set a date night watching old movies and make pop-corn instead of going out. Recall all great times on vacation and all friends you've made.
Reflecting the past will strenghten your families ties and great future. Stop worrying!
